Well I have been watching for one of these forever and finally found one. The 4400 has some yellowing on the plastic face but otherwise is in great working condition.

Not the most exciting find but this has always been my favorite pcmcia Ethernet adapter and not often I find them in the box. At the same time if anyone has any spare dongles laying around I have a few cards that lost theirs through the years.

I know I haven't posted much in here lately but had to post my latest conquest which is the 17" ColorSync. I've always wanted a better matching monitor for my beige G3 and this one date wise is perfect.IMG_1703.JPG

Well thanks to ArmorAlley my Mac TV is finally in a more or less finished state. It now is complete with a European keyboard and mouse. And for the record getting a mouse from Switzerland was far more affordable than the only one that's posted all the time on eBay.

It's a trinitron so they are pretty flat. And I had always been looking for a ColorSync because it was the monitor that used to be shown in advertisements with the beige G3. I can't believe it took me this long to end up owning one.

I've seen a working Mac 512k with software in original styroes and some guide books, so will probably shell out 120 EUR to buy it.

Nice set up with the Mac TV there. I've got the black 5400. While the keyboard is in good condition (UK layout), the mouse crumbled when I took it apart to clean the inside. =(

I'm glad to be of service.

What you need now is a black SCSI CD-drive. Were any ever made, I wonder?

Peripherals were beige for so long.

Yes, there were.  In fact, there was a black tray loader at my local recycler.  In the time it took me to decide that I really wanted it, someone snagged it. :(

Well just picked up another Macintosh TV.  This one came from ebay with shipping from Texas to Michigan.  Its my first 5xx series in a while that did not get damaged in shipping..... But the Maxell bomb has killed it.  Came with nice keyboard and mouse.  The back cover panel has some rust on the emi shield but both tabs are intact so that's a good thing.  I threw a spare 550 board in it and the screen and hard drive are good.  Now to decide what to do with it as its a TV no longer.

Congrats on the Mac TV arriving successfully (even if the original mobo is toast).  That's got to be the first 5xx series machine in a long while that hasn't arrived in many pieces.

Yeah its probably been a year since I had gotten my last one undamaged.  Surprisingly this one came USPS and wasn't even packaged great but it was a sturdy box without much excess room on the sides to be filled in.

Out of all the machines I've owned, none have been a SE... until today

Thanks again to just.in.time that picked it up in Arizona.

jhorvath911, I have a set of brand new Apple Design Speakers II in black if you're interested.  Might go well with your Macintosh TV.

Picked up a Mac II off of LEM for free plus the cost of shipping.  It's gonna need some work. Leaking and falling off caps on the logic board and traces looking like garbage.

But it did have original box, some books, and an accelerator I haven't seen before.

I've been somewhat out of the game for a little bit, and recently just started messing around with the vintage Macs again. Last night saw a listing on Facebook marketplace and picked them up this morning. The seller had pictures of them working, but so far nothing powers on for me. Caps are bad on the boards but the batteries were removed years ago so no explosions. I will leave them plugged in for a while then try again as that used to work with my other color classic.
