Aluminum PowerBook feet?

So... this is driving me nuts. When I got my 12" AL, I noticed that the feet were worn down to the point to where the whole bottom of the computer was touching any surface I put it on. I tried using some generic stick on feet as a temporary solution, but the adhesive broke down and is making a huge mess, so I cleaned it off and I'm back to square one. Is there a better solution for this (IE Apple Replacements?), or am I stuck with another backwoods repair? Any help is appreciated on this!

My PowerBook G4's feet are all intact.

To clean off sticky residue, I usually use WD40 or ISO PRO. Spray on a kitchen paper then rub on the affected area off.

Some suggestions:

1) Try different brand of stick on feet. Brand matters.

2) You can try this http://www.welovemacs.com/0761063.html or http://www.welovemacs.com/mrc0062.html (Okay, I know they are not cheap)

A little dab of ShoeGoo (or any of a similar range of clear goops) will stick to it forever, be relatively unobtrusive — as it will settle overnight into a little dot, do the same job, and will cost pennies.

Stinks for a couple days but sticks indefinitely. As it is see-through, it'll even look sort of meant.
