What is LC 930?

So I was looking at the System 7 source code, when I saw this Makefile. (Surrounding it is the dbLite, the PB Duo 210; SuperMario, a universal 68k ROM; and a universal RISC ROM.)

What's interesting is the mention of DSPs - and the tier indicates a full-sized LC AV Mac? It was in development since '92, at least, in parallel with the Power Macs.

could have been a concept , or prototytpe but I have never seen a LC past the 640 CD (considered an LC because of the 68LC040 on the motherboard)

A theory: Apple wasn't selling dedicated server Macs yet in 1992. Could this have been a stripped down 950, for example, that was going to be sold to the educational market? LC had become synonymous with educational machines by that time, and this could have been a more affordable file server type Mac that schools could have bought with a hefty discount?

it says 68020 so it wouldnt even be a 900 series.  900's have full 040 and the 020 is different factor completely.  At that point and year the 020 would make zero sense. At that point something with a 030 if leftover, but at that age the 020 should have been done even as far as power requirements would go even.

mc68020 is noted in each of the makefiles, including RISC, Universal, and dBLite (PB Duo ROM: '030, '040), so I expect it's not specifying actual hardware.
