PowerBook G4 Titanium A1001/A1025 hard drive screws

The PowerBook G4 Titanium A1025 that I bought has its hard disk loose in the drive bay, and I'd like to attach it with the screws that are supposed to attach it on the left side to the battery bay. Everyone says that these are T8 Torx screws, but no one says anything about the length of the screws, as far as I can tell. I have the circular bumpers that fit into the openings in the bay and am missing only the screws. Any advice would be gratefully received.

Vaguely recall they are quite short only about 6-7mm long. They don't need to be Torx, anything will do that fits. Grind them down if too long?

Ah - so they can be anything that fits the screw openings on the side of a disk. That makes life easier. Thank you.

Since i have my Ti open anyways I took some quick photos for you.
Sorry the quality isn't the best but I think you can see how it works.
The ruler is in mm.
