168-pin 5V schematics

Since 168-pin 5V ram is so scarce, and usually only found as FPM, I have received some KM44C16104BK-4 chips that should work great for the PowerMac 9600. I have one stick of 128MB FPM ram that I would have to sacrifice to trace the schematics but I would prefer not to do that if anyone happens to have some schematics of 168-pin 5V PCBs? The chips have a 32-pin TSOP footprint, which is different from smaller RAM sizes so only 128MB ram schematics would work. Refresh rate for these chips is 4K Hz; anything more or less may conflict with G4 upgrades.

I have some defunct memory that I always intended to try and fix, might be a good candidate for this, if you want perhaps we can work out something. :)
