Well in the mean time, do you have anything else you want me to re-cap for you?

I'm sure he is just away, ( for some reason or another ) he doesn't seem like the kinda guy to stiff anyone.

maybe he got locked up?

I know he was into the whole ham radio thing, maybe he was mobilized to fight against evil with the unground militia army ?

:-D

I wouldn't think so either, that's why I'm hoping he's just busy. Still, I'm going on 5 months since I've heard anything from him or since he's been online, and that's not good at all. I'm not accusing him of anything, I just hope he comes back soon. I'd like some answers.

Nothing else I have needs capping at the moment. My Mac Classic seems to be working fine (fingers crossed).

Well I feel sorry for you, that's for sure.

Most of the time when I do a board, it's done and on its way back asap, in some cases the next day.

Even though you have a SE/30 a SE board will still work in that, if you want, i have a extra SE board, if you want to slap that in there

so you can at least use the machine for a while. the only downfall is your superdrive will only work as an 800k floppy, because this board does not have

the FDHD ROM/SWIM Installed.

I appreciate the offer, but I'm fine with my Mac Classic for now.

He said he did the recap and it was having problems (something he said happens from time to time) and he was working out exactly what the problem was when he disappeared.

humm, was it something to do with the floppy drive. ?

When those borns filters go, random floppy weirdness happens.

No, IIRC it was not booting anymore or doing something like the checkerboard screen. I'd have to check through old PM's to see for sure.

I would tend to worry when he hasn't even logged in for several months. Worry that something bad has happened to him. Looks like the last time he logged in was the beginning of January. Anyone know his callsign?

EDIT: looks like he is KC8RLU

EDIT: After some internetting, it looks like it could be bad news.
