I was gonna say. the stand engineering is basically a guillotine for the mounts at this point. Unfortunate. They are really really cool! Sadly they only work decently with PPC macs. Be careful with the stand, the plastic bits holding the main spring inside snapped on mine, and it‘s extremely difficult to repair!
It‘s just a metal leaf spring, so you might be able to glue it back (I tried it twice)In mine the pneumatic cylinder that is supposed let you adjust the height is kaput, same with yours or will it hold its position if you raise it?
Funny - I wish I had the fold-out stand! Is it the right color for the Rev A? I've never seen that, even in photos. Anyway, grass is greener, I supposeI don't have the fancy stand, though, but rather a simple fold out stand that lets the display sit easel-style...

I used mine on my then-recently acquired Quadra 840av, and it seemed to work fine. I didn't know at the time that it "required" a Power Mac, so I wasn't surprised at all when it worked.I'm also happy to report that despite officially "requiring" a PowerPC, I've had it working without issue on an LC 475 and a Quadra 700.
