Another Conquest g4's and such

Well called up my buddy who is the manager of a local mac repair shop. he told me he would trade me 1 yikes g4 (missing hd/memory), a powermac g4 gigabit w/ no pwr supply(possible bad motherboard) and a powerbook 5300 greyscale. picking it up tonight

yeah not too bad of a deal. im planning on getting the sawtooth up and running and then using it for my backup/downloading machine. it will be replacing my current yikes g4.

well hes a buddy of mine and i have gotten lots of stuff from him for free in the past. acutally the lcII im trading him for this stuff was one he gave me last year....so really not loosing anything

no the 5300 is a very basic stock unit. 8mb ram/greyscale screen/loaded with mac os 7.5.5 . machine however is in like mint condtion, looks like new. inside the laptop case i found an older repair sheet from 2000 that says it had some of the case plastics and keyboard replaced.
