2 x Macintosh Plus and an iMac G4

Around 3 months has passed since I last visited the place which had 3 Macintosh Pluses, finally worked out a deal to purchase them and more, about 2 days ago I collected the stuff. I know one Plus works and the iMac G4 does.

iMac G4 is 1GHz, 17" (not 15" like I thought), has Geforce 4 MX 64MB and 1.25GB of RAM, gave it an airport extreme from one of my dead Powerbook G4's.

One Plus is 1987, other is 1988. The 1988 one has been tested while the other one will be eventually. I left the tested one on for around 30 seconds and a loud pop happened as well as some smoke, it happened to myself before. 2 x 4700pf 250v caps up the top right were replaced with leftovers I had as well as one 220uf 16v. Boots with a system utilities now but will be recapped eventually.

Hopefully I can go back there to collect the beige Plus which I left behind, another iMac G4 was also left behind as well as a G5 dual tower, eMac and powerbook g4.

I love your iLamp - I had a 15" one that eventually red-shifted on me.  I still miss it.

Got lucky not long ago and found one with the same specs for $15, it was dead so I sold it as an unfinished DVI monitor that needed the conversion done.

I am very glad I got a new one that actually works, not letting it go anytime soon, regret selling the Plus and will be keeping one of the two, I will purchase a keyboard, mouse, external hdd and maybe a system saver for my Plus, all in good time.
