My PowerMac G4 (450MHz AGP) is unable to properly go to sleep. When it does sleep it either never wakes up, and I have to reset the system and wait 10 minutes for my hard drive to be repaired, or it does wake up, but complains that there's a device stopping it from sleeping. The device is the SCSI card (At least that's what System Profiler says), that came with the computer. I could somewhat understand if it was an actual addon, but it was put there by Apple themselves. The easy solution is just to take the card out. But is there any other workaround for this? I do actually use the card sometimes.
