Or a IIcx and cover most of the screen's visible area in black gaffer tape. Here’s my unpopular opinion. Get an LC 575 and then set the screen to 256 grays

Hey I like your way to view things.Or a IIcx and cover most of the screen's visible area in black gaffer tape.
Bargain at 1/8th of the price.Wow finished for 1159 euro.
Bond a Portrait Display to it and charge £2k! Or, better, use a IIci as the 'base' - on-board video natively support the Portrait.can I sell anyone a IIcx with a monitor glued to it for £1000?
Why bother, just call it a r@re prototype anywayTake the labels/badges off, paint it grey and call it a r@re prototype!!!
If I get my name legally changed to "Apple", it will be produced by Apple too.Exactly, after all, we are gluing the monitor on aren't we? Doesn't that make it a prototype?
I don't know about this, I think this is maybe the 4th or 5th I've seen go at this sort of price over the past few years.at these prices there is a limited market,
I suspect it's more wealthy collectors then us folks here on the forum. Some people like the guy behind "The AAPL Collection" in Dubai have a lot off spare cash to burn on this sort of stuff. I can't fault them, that guy's setup looks sweet. It is a shame that it can drag up prices for us less well off collectors though.More seriously- at these prices there is a limited market, has anyone seen ome of these cards rear their head after sale lately? Is it private collectors? Or Museum? Or computer clubs? Is it us, I.e. people on 68kmla?
Or Apple?
Does this card support dual PDS or just PDS and Cache? Just curious really. On the off chance one is available - I'd take one immediately.View attachment 55808
This should make it obvious what’s going on.
Breakout board with RJ45 (and Db15 and VGA video connector in case of phiplis photo) connected to one of my adapter/ethernet combo cards.
You can change your name to Apple P. Macintosh, so then you could call yourself Mr. Macintosh! (middle initial P. is for Power, so you can get your PowerMac bases covered, too).If I get my name legally changed to "Apple", it will be produced by Apple too.
'Steve' is such a common name, perhaps that should've said "Does anyone not know someone called Steve?"Perhaps I should sign it... Does anyone know someone called Steve?
It is a shame. There are many things (Micron Xceed grayscale setup, any Lisa) that I'm quite certain I'll never be able to afford because of a combination of this and eBay price fixing shenanigans.I suspect it's more wealthy collectors then us folks here on the forum.
