Help me fix my Color Classic sound problem (Analog board)

I have two Color Classics that needed recaps.  Both original logic boards.  They were both dead.  I did the Mystic upgrade on one and it was working.  After recaps on the two original CC analog boards, only one works.  Had no sound and after a few min I smelled something burning so I turn off power.  Since this machine had screen issues (flickering screen, bright and dim, etc) I thought it might be the Analog board that was the problem.  So I try this Logic board on the other CC.  Started to smell something too!  Oh no. Great!  Put working Mystic board into both and they work, but no internal sound now.  Sound works on external out though.  I check over the Analog board and the only thing I see are the two burnt looking diodes  DL21 and DL22.   Test the speaker with a AA battery and I get crackle so that's fine.  What can I check next?  Could the Audio Amp IC be fried?
