Red Color Issue on Mystic Color Classic

Hey All,

I just received the analog board and original logic board from being recapped and the vga mod performed on the analog board for my color classic. Upon receiving them I also got an LC575 board off of ebay in working order. When I got the analog board back and put the new mystic board in, the computer works fine but the screen seems to not want to show red on the screen. I tried going through the color calibration process but that didnt help either.

I followed some advice and took the boards out and checked the pins which seem to be ok from what I can see. Does anyone have any advice on what to check next? I know that I cannot put the original CC Logic Board in to test with the VGA mod.

It’ll be the RGB wires on the yoke going to the analogue board, resolder all these with fresh solder and flux. Also clean the 575 edge connector thoroughly.

I got some electronics contact cleaner and cleaned the heck out of the edge connectors for the 575 and the display boards.

Ill check the yoke and see what the RGB wires look like.
