Diablo II Battlechest & Sim City 3000 for the Mac

I went to the Goodwill thrift shop in Columbus, NE when seeing a friend I made at Anime Nebraskon, and my wife and I found several things we wanted. I got several games including Oddworld (PS1 game), and several PC games, but I got a perfect in box (maybe installed once?) Diablo II BattleChest with LOD: Expansion pack and keys and strategy Guide.

I also found a CD copy of Sim City 3000 for the Mac. I didn't know it was for Mac OS until I got it home and went to install it on Windows 98 SE.

Is this rare? I looked on eBay and can't find a single copy of Sim City 3000 for Mac OS. I only found Windows (and I think playstation or something).

The game disc is in perfect condition, has a key code (i think) and the case is in good condition. It wasn't in box but it works.

Recently I got a Pentium 4 1.5Ghz with 256MB RAMBUS (I upgraded to 512MB last week) Dell Dimension 8100 which I am turning into a multi-OS system to play old games (Transport Tycoon/Deluxe, Monopoly, Several other games, probably Diablo II as well). So I am working with that for other games.

I have yet to haul out my G3 Beige to play either Diablo II (more likely to leave that on the Pentium 4) or Sim City. My back is messed up so I can't lift the desktop to set it into place. Probably sometime over the next month I will do it and let you know what I think. The last time I played Sim City it was Sim City 2000 (which I still have a copy on CD with Urban Renewal Kit) and that was maybe 10 years ago?

Whatcha think?

Check if Diablo was bought for the keys - once you redeem the keys on a BNet account, you can download the games without the disc then. Even then, single player and local multiplayer is very fun.

I have a copy of D2 + D2 lord of destruction I bought myself for my TiBook when I visited NYC for my 21st birthday. It worked as a PC installer as well iirc. I still have both of the disks but I'm not so sure I kept the boxes for it all (I know, sorry.)

The third game has been out for quite a while. (I'm replaying through D2X, and currently on the end of Act 2.)
