What software to stress test a vintage Mac?

Hi all,

I've a marginal SE/30 I need to stress test for several hours to prove it's reliability - I've been using Norton System Info for this (manually running tests) what would others recommend as a continuous stress test?

Thanks

Snooper might be another option. Could also run MacBench 2.0 or 1.0 on it... I've used MacBench 2.0 on a IIsi before. It works fine on that. Should be ok on an SE/30. Just won't have the color video tests available.

After Dark with a large selection of plug-ins, making sure that some of the more processor-intensive ones are present?

Thanks to all, I've give these utilities a try. @beachycove Word 6 is a unique but probably great suggestion! :)

The need for some stress/heat testing is required for a SE/30 with Bolle PowerCache that crashes after a couple rounds of Norton SI; pointing a fan at the internals it remains stable. Stock 16Mhz CPU it was fine, PSU is ATX and all recapped, I've ruled out the PowerCache but perhaps additional heat from this upgrade was making something else marginal. Mr. Bolle has assisted me and I believe it's an OEM IIfx ROM not making correct contact and seems stable now back to stock ROM - just need to warm it up for some hours now to test.
