What is this PDS card?

I got this "MacInoz Pty Ltd SE/30 mono graphics" pds card for fairly cheap off ebay.

Cannot find anything about it online - guessing MacInoz were an Australian company (mac in aus) but Google isn't returning anything on them.

Any thoughts on what this is? Apologies for the imagine orientation, on my phone and can't work out how to rotate them.

It's definitely a graphics card for driving an external monitor of some description (always nice to corroborate what's on the PCB... ;) ). The TMS34061 is a kind of all-in-one chip for managing VRAM and display signalling. What the pinout is and what kind of monitor is... a more difficult question. It probably does not need a driver, SE/30 cards often don't: if you install it and run something like Slots to tell you what's in the computer, it might give a bit more information about what screen it wants.

There might also be clues in the ROM, if you have access to an EPROM programmer?
