So, the monochrome monitor which came with the //c blew it's rifa(s), and as they do, also my nostrils .
Didn't give a blink though, still working, but before using it again I'll replace the rifa's, and possibly other capacitors as well, will asses what needs to be done after opening it up.
I know the original color monitor (A2M4043) also used the composite output, but isn't there any way to connect a more modern monitor to it, like the M1212?
I know the "videoport" on the backside is not exactly a videoport, but more of a "video expansion port", so can't drive a monitor directly...
Curious if there ever was some sort of adapter to allow using a normal monitor...
Anyways, whipped out my trusty Sony TV and use that till the monitor is repaired.
Apart from that, just received the serial cable and floppy with ADTpro, so now I also know the internal floppy works!
