Hey guys!

I was poking around on Freecycle and came across an SE/30 20 minutes after it was posted. I called and got it right away... she was happy to have someone take it!

Its 40MB HD with 5MB RAM.... but it looks like they used it right up until 2001! They have Excel 3.0 spreadsheets everywhere and all their documents. I'm not going through them, just looking at the titles.

Now, what do *I* do with it!?

Oh yeah, its pristine with keyboard and mouse, and even comes with a carrying case and original Apple mousepad :)

Sweet.

Sell it on e-bay. Make hundreds. Buy a real mac.

j/k - SE/30's can make great little servers. With the monitor off, it draws very little power.

I wasn't aware that the FreeBSD project had a 68k port. I know that NetBSD has a 68K port but that was it.
