Performa 6300CD Expandability Question

The Performa 6360 uses a PCI card via a right-angle adapter and a wide slot opening on the back of the case. I noticed that my 6300, which uses LC PDS for expandability, also has this same opening on the back of the case.

I'm probably being outrageously optimistic here, but does that mean that there might be a way to shove a NuBus card in here via a special adapter?

There were 68040 pds-to-nubus adapters (Quadra 610, 660av) and there was at least one 68030 pds-to-nubus adapter, for the IIsi. I don't think there ever was a similar LCPDS "solution," though there were a handful of interesting LCPDS cards.

Can't be done - beachycove is right, there were never any LC PDS -> NuBus adapters made. If you're seriously good with electronics, I'd imagine you could probably make up your own, but it'd require a whole heap of custom electronics, and would take more effort and money than it'd be worth. If you want a NuBus PowerPC, go and grab yourself a nice 6100/7100/8100.
