Lombard CPU Module replacement

I am looking to get a little extra power out of my lombard. I am thinking of bumping it up to 400MHz from the 333Mhz it is. My question is, is this a drop-in replacement, or do I need to replace the board as well? and if it's a straight drop-in, does ANYONE have a 400Mhz lombard module they would be willing to sell me for a reasonable price (say, $20+ S/h or whatever)?

coius if you need to get rid of the old one I have a cpu less lombard sitting waiting for its transplant for weeks :( I have been looking for ever for a new one, the 2nd one I got would freeze :( :( the one I had with bad cache I over clocked to 400mhz but I would not do this on one with working cache since the cache dying in the first place is thought to be from heat at least so I have read. I think in this case cache would buy happiness, :/ ok ill stop trying to be funny. You could also spend $200 and send your old card in and get it upgraded to XLR8 433 MAChSpeed G4 at daystar, I have never used this so I do not know how good it would be. and I would rather just spend 200 toward a nice g4 powerbook.

I have an extra 333 lombard cpu. Do you have anything to trade. I am looking for PCI cards, cs2 card, usb hub, just something cheap that I could use.
