FloppyEMU and SCSI2SD question

What is the most expedient way to install system software from the FloppyEMU onto a Mac SE that already has a mounted SCSI2SD volume already on it?

I ask because though the FloppyEMU includes installers for various System software, I am getting stuck at the point where the installer runs and asks me to "Insert Utilities 1".

Thus far, I have set the FloppyEMU to emulate a hard drive. It is set as the boot drive. It boots nicely. When running the Installer from the FloppyEMU to target the SCSI2SD volume, the installation proceeds until the point where it's expecting another floppy disk "Utilities 1". Am I doing something wrong or missing an obvious step?

Thanks in advance!

You should probably set the FloppyEMU to emulate a floppy drive, then choose the Install disc from the list of discs.  Then, when it asks for 'utilities 1', FloppyEMU will return to the 'select a disc' menu and let you select Utilities 1, and so on.  Whenever a virtual floppy disc is ejected, FloppyEMU returns you to the menu to select another disc to "insert".
