Does the PSU of the Quadra 610 need recapping or is it OK?

Now that's I've recapped and got working (Myst on 7.1!) my Quadra 610 I need to think about the PSU and perhaps fix the cdrom. I've seen no sign that the PSU is failing, but are these prone to cap leakage too? I've searched and searched and not come up with an answer? Even better has anybody adapted a modern ATX PSU to fit these? The connector with 10 spaces but just nine pins (four pins, empty, five pins) seems different to all others.
BTW the CD Drive just ejects disks and never mounts them, but I got Myst running via an ISO and BlueSCSI. Thanks! Ferg

What you got in there? Dyna or Aztec?

Love doing power supplies, however it’s not straight forward, caps as I am learning are not always a straight swap, some may have to be a low ESR.

Anyway, you have a working PSU which is a good start, generally as a reference it’s the same PSU as a PowerPC 6100,

I've still not got around to recapping the PSU. I ordered the caps some time ago, but time is limited! Yesterday I'd left the Quadra on all day. I turned off the Quadra to change something and when I turned back on there was no chimes! I turned off and tried again this morning. On power on the chimes came on fine. But when I shut down, then powered back up a second time the chimes had gone again. I'm guessing this is the PSU on its final legs and I really should replace now. Is that about right?
