I know, we've left most of the "macintosh liberation army" aesthetic behind but I find it fun :v
Anyway, I figured I should make a thread not only for new finds but for a quick glimpse at my old collection as I take them out of the storage unit where they've all sat since 2008.
Yesterday's haul was a mishmash of Apple eras, including a 13" Apple Color Display, another 7300/200, and an Apple Keyboard M0116 with a M0331 mouse.
The monitor, happily sitting on top of my Performa 637CD.
Surprisingly well kept for a monitor from 1993 at the latest. Also a completely inappropriate monitor for a late beige era Power Macintosh but hey, it's not out of place here.
Speaking of, here's the computer! It came with a seriously broken install of 8.0 and only 32MB RAM, but with a little fussing I was able to add 256 MB more and get 9.1 on it - plus I dropped in a radeon 7000 64MB with the full mac ROM. It still doesn't like the sonnet G3 that came out of my old 7300 (which is very non-functional,) but that'll be a project for the future - who knows, I may have two 7300s soon if it's just a fussy processor card.
And last, the keyboard and mouse. These are really well kept and will go perfectly with my Classic once I deal with the checkerboard display problem (and the whole dead HDD issue.)
