I've upgraded my IIsi to OS 7.5.5 and am trying to get TCP\IP working. I have a Nubus network card that worked on a previous owner's AppleTalk network, going by some of the old network settings and locations.
Following guides from this forum and other sites, I've downloaded OpenTransport 1.1.2 and installed it OK.
Also downloaded AppleShare 3.7.4 as an image. Mounted it on a G4 and copied the expanded folder to a ZIP100 disk.
Problem is, when I run the installer on the IIsi, the client installer asks for a floppy disk, and doesn't seem to recognize the resources in the install folder whether this is on the ZIP or copied to the HDD.
Do I have to make a 800k floppy? If so, from what? The complete install folder is far too big for a floppy.
My IIsi has a 40Gb HDD with only about 6Gb available.
