The snooper card doesn't do a whole lot if I remember I think it just shows the power rails are there or something.

I'd love someone to build a NuBUS and PDS card that runs some sort of Raspberry Pi or Arduino and connects with the machine logic board itself and runs tests to diagnose a board that doesn't even boot. They exist on other platforms, like Commodore 64's dead test cartridge, etc. Would be an ingenious idea, but likely collector's wouldn't want to pay anything for it.
