SE/30 reloaded - which ICs can be reused?

I am getting ready to start my 2nd reloaded build, my donor is a working logic board that has developed bubbles under the solder mask on both sides of the board. The solder mask has completely come off of the ground plane on the top of the board at the back by the bracket.

For my first build I used a Mouser BOM from @croissantking that included replacements for many of the non-proprietary ICs. For this build I am trying to be frugal, but not at the expense of reliability. Are there ICs that I can safely reuse? Or am I just being cheap and need to replace all of them that are available?

What are people's thoughts on reusing back-panel connectors that are not corroded?

it really depends on how much money you want to spend, and how much time and effort you want to put in for removal.
you could literally reuse every undamaged component and it would probably be fine.

port connectors are often the most expensive things on any bill of materials. If they're fine I'd reuse them, especially hard-to-find stuff like the DB19 connector.

imo, i'd reuse as much of the through hole stuff as possible, and save all the (mostly proprietary) PLCC components.

DIP sockets, I'd replace those with high quality ones.

all the rest of the surface mount components can be easily replaced. not worth the effort to remove and reuse.

two different BOMs you can use. the TDNC one has digikey links and is organized better imo.

Gotcha, thanks. I just wasn't sure if there were any ICs that are known to be prone to failure.

Slightly related general question from a relative-newbie... What causes ICs to fail when there are no physical signs of damage or corrosion leaking into the body, and when they have not been zapped by static or shorted somehow, sending voltage to the wrong place?
