Finally guys, here's the final design.  I'm really happy with it!

Remember to clean and tap the holes with your desired screw size to decrease the chance of splitting.  Holes are 3/32", which worked very well for my self tappers.

If I were to do this over again, I probably would have made the beams a bit wider.  I think low quality printers might have issue with the small beam size in relation to the hole size-- it gets pretty thin.  If you have problems, maybe fill the holes for printing and drill them after the fact with a press.

So I just couldn't leave good enough alone, so here is the final revisions of the Compact Mac mount for SCSI2SD v5 and v6 (should work with v5.1 as well).  This revision has thicker and wider beams for printing in lower quality printers.  Even though the 3DHubs guy printed the previous one OK, the library had problems, and it didn't work out.  This new revision was able to be printed at the library as well:

@joethezombie What orientation are you printing it out in?  I tried to print it flat with the periscope on top, but the support structure underneath was rediculous, and I ended up breaking the piece trying to get it off.
