SCSI2SD daisy chain

I typically use an external drive chassis to be able to daisy chain two SCSI2SD devices together.  Is there a better way?  Are there DB25 SCSI daisy chain devices you can get?

I've thought about using a DB25 to 50 pin ribbon converter, then using a three two position ribbon cable, and then the same converters on the other end, but it would require male to male gender changers for the 50 pin cable, and I can't find them.

And I wonder, could the SCSI port on a Mac support powering two of the SCSI2SD devices?

Only termination power is available on a standard SCSI interface, including the 25-pin Mac variety.  You should not expect to be able to power the SCSI2SD from that, let alone two of them and the required terminator.

Hmm.  I do that all the time.  I varies depending on Mac.  The SE/30 seems to power one fine as does my Lombard.  My 540c reqiures an external power supply.
