I have been using os 9.2.2 on this machine for months with no issue. I had panther installed only to use my hp deskjet f300. I havent booted panther in awhile but I was going to switch over just to scan something. it freezes on the apple or shows this:
I haven't even ever seen that no symbol before booting osx.
Now I can't get it back to os9, my 9.0.4 disk and my 9.2.2 disks both will not show up on the startup manager, zapped pram to no avail also. I'm about to see if a panther disk will let me at least choose the os9 system folder.. other than that I don't know what else to try xx(
