Going to junk the monitor though. I happened to find an apple to VGA adapter, so the 7600 can run nice on a spare 22" lcd

Would this work on a Hi-Res RGB display (the one which displays 640x480, not the LC one which only does 512x384)?

It looks like I missed out, but I guess I'll ask for shipping to 94594 anyway. It seems I have little to lose...

I *think* that's the Apple Color Plus display, so it does 640x480. Was usually sold as a Performa display and as a low cost alternative to the M1212 14" Macintosh Color Display. The LC style monitor was a 12".

I would love to own the Classic II. I hear it's really silent when compared to the Classic.

I have 2 classic iis now. I think they might be my favorite macs. They look like appliances and perform much better than the favorite classics, although i do have a place for a 512k, should that moment ever arrive. microphone input is fun to play around with.

As far as the monitor goes, a friend of mine expressed interest, but if he doesn't show up to pick it up in a week, I will let you all know, and you can PM for offers on the monitor and stand. I live in toronto.

Anyone know much about those monitor stands? I have one, not sure what models it was originally intended for, or if it was a genuine Apple accessory?

Oh, wait a sec... Looks like it's just the old 13" AppleColor High-Res monitor. Took a closer look and realized that the Apple logo was in a different spot.

The stand was an accessory for that monitor, and, I believe the 12" monochrome monitor.

I'd keep the monitor, thats a nice 13" Trinitron, perfect for just about any 68k.

The 7600 is pretty cool because it has audio in and out on rca's and s-video and composite video in! This will be a perfect mate for my fisher price pxl-2000 video camera!
