Need help identifying Macintosh portable card

Hi All, 

new here, I just received the newest addition to my collection a Macintosh portable 5120 and while I wait for my caps to show up I thought I’d ask you all for help with a card that was installed in the portable. I can’t find anything only online and I’m hoping you guys have seen it before. It plugs into the PDS port.
