IIci Maxell bomb, is it worth putting in the effort for this one

I got a IIci with a badly exploded battery, after cleaning it with denatured alcohol it looks like this:

The damage is definitely very bad around where the battery was, the  oscillator chip is definitely gone.

Apart from de-soldering and cleaning under the rom chips, testing/repairing the corroded traces, replacing the oscillator, replacing caps, is there much else I can do?

Not sure if this one is beyond repair

Have had very little, if not any success with that kind of damage.

problem is the battery is close to major chips (including Rom ones) and already a lot of traces have vanished.

Too much work in my opinion.

I have a couple of IIci boards that also had battery explosions, though perhaps not as bad as this. I'd be happy to send them to you if you think it would help; I can take pictures first if you wish. They will need caps as well.

Basically took three IIci and made one "good one". Have extra power supplies, speakers, drive towers, etc. The floppies (which are right above the batteries) didn't seem to make it. The SCSI drives haven't been tested, but since both are Quantums, I'll assume are either bad, or going to be bad soon :-)

Cases are complete, but are yellowed/dirty and a bit scuffed, but not too bad.

Thanks for the replies!

I'll just leave it until I have lots of spare time/boredom.

Thanks for the Offer @ScutBoy, I'm in New Zealand though so shipping would be very $$$.
