Identification Help Dayna

Hello 68KMLA,

I was wondering if someone could help me identify this card. I is a part of a Mac IIsi that I purchased on eBay, but I can find very little detail. The 15 pins seem like a display port, but there is no electrical connection to the mother board. I thought someone here would know right off the bat what this is. I appreciate any help I can get.

here's a similar one that has a twisted pair connector instead of the 15 pin AUI port yours has.

you're probably missing the PDS card part.

OK, thank you! I can get the Dayna drivers for it somehow, but do you know if there is a 15pin to RJ45 adapter that would be suitable for me?

Do you have the part that plugs into the logic board?

but do you know if there is a 15pin to RJ45 adapter that would be suitable for me?

The 15-pin interface is called AUI; the thing you're looking for is an AUI 10BaseT transceiver or MAU, or an AUI to RJ45 transceiver. They're relatively common. Not AAUI, which is the variant that was used on Mac logic boards and has a smaller connector.

This is great information to help me in my search. I believe that I do have the part that connects to the logic board, but the cable was missing and I can find that.
