How do I make these Video/TV/radio cards work

They "just work". If they weren't installed originally, you might need to reinstall the OS to get all the bits and bobs in the System, but there should be a little video program in the Apple Menu. They work with Premiere 4 well, and what was it, Avid Video Shop?
Unlike theirs, the sound works properly on mine. The Radio is another separate application that installs into the Apple Menu.

The basic software for viewing / capture is on every System install CD from about 7.5 onwards and is what the videos show.
Some machines came with a free copy of Avid VideoShop, but I prefer Premiere.
The card isn't very high quality, especially if you don't have the mpeg sister board. You'll want to be working at 320x240.

And you must set the monitor resolution to 640x480 (or does it need thousands or more colors?) if you want any image displayed in the Apple Video Player. If you have a PCI video card, it will not work on the monitor connected to that card.
The TV tuner is analog only, it doesn’t do DVB-T, so unless there’s still analog broadcasting in your country, it’s pretty useless. (one can still hook up old computers or game consoles that outputs a TV antenna signal)

Oh, I'm aware, but the card also has radio, and that is quite interesting! And obviously no analog TV in Italy since I don't know, ten years? Maybe more
I do have some old cameras and such that have composite output I could try out the card with. I watched the above video and I must indeed agree with what he says - pretty useless, except to mess around for the sake of it. Which, I think, basically summarizes what we all do with our vintage Macs.... except my 5.1 cMP. That is still a full production machine. Which is very impressive, since it's over 12 years old.
Don't forget to grab a remote - you can wirelessly power your mac on from over the room!
