G4 cube heatsink for dual

I drafted a prototype G4 cube heatsink for dual boards. I went ahead and sent it to JLC to make a plastic prototype to test fit and screws. If anyone has a dual and wants to try fit on their boards let me know and I will send the f3d/step etc or w.e files so you can edit the cpu contact stage. The cnc process is very costly >300$ for a copper heatsink custom milled, but aluminum is about half the price. I would really appreciate it if someone has a 3d printer that wants to go ahead and try a cheap plastic prototype to see if the screws will fit this weekend, if they are wrong maybe I can cancel my JLC order. As is custom I will hold off making files general-public until I know the dimensions are actually correct. Thank you!

It would be pretty neat to see a custom heatsink like this made! If you're planning to use a fan, then more fins would help. Also, I think you could extend the fins into the hard drive area and still have plenty of room for a much smaller SSD.

Because the Cube heatsink is also the main structure, I've seen people cut out a section of the fins and replace it. Here is an example:

The 3d printed plastic versions arrived last night. There are millimeter measurement differences on some of the regions that I will need to adjust. All of the screw holes seem small. I was able to force fit the screws in. Is this typical for 3d printed parts or should I widen up the screw holes slightly?

The stage for the cpu contact surface should be raised by probably half a milimeter.
Here's some of the work in progress pictures forcing it into the cube.
