Easter egg in the PowerPC Upgrade Card

I found this image buried in the Quadra's PowerPC Upgrade Card that I suspect is part of a previously-unknown easter egg:

Or at least unknown to me, I've never seen this picture before.

It's contained within a PICT resource named PatchROM place holder, stored as 3 JPEGs stitched together top to bottom.

I haven't determined how it's triggered.
