Hi
A friend want to make a new port from Duke 3D with the Easter Egg from the Mac version... and we have a problem.
The problem is the Mac OS desktop. If you use the code DNMACS, the security monitors on the game are replaced by a Mac OS Desktop file. We want to extract the file, but it complicated.
Actually, the image seems to be on the ressources from the executable (the demo is here https://macintoshgarden.org/games/duke-nukem-3d-atomic-edition)
But i can't extract the images. I don't know how to handle images liket that, and i suppose it's 256 colors indexed image. With a Windows soft, i can see the image, but with wrong colors. Can you help me ?
I join the excutable, the ressources, the image (from the game) and the version that i have decoded.
(for the other Easter Egg, the 1984 ads, i have found the QuickTime video on the CD)
