Does this Mac SE fan sound loud

Kind of hard to tell, is there really that mechanical humming/buzzing low tone coming from it, or is that something else? The bearings might be going/need oil.
As for the loudness, that sounds about right, although I have a noctua fan installed in my SE/30 so I can't really compare.

Thanks, got the same fan in my Amazon basket. I think I may have to get my hands dirty and learn how to do some repairs / upgrades.
