I'm looking to start trying BGA CPU (CBGA 360, CBGA 483, etc.) swaps, but I can't find anyone who makes the right stencils. Does anyone know where to get some? I'm looking for something direct-heat, not just for solder paste.
Anyone know where to get re-balling stencils for PowerPC 750/7455/etc?
