As with all things too many projects not enough time.
Six months ago I got an accelerator G3 500 for my 7200 for cheap right from sonnet the A series.
So a shot in the dark, couldn't make it work. No matter hat I tried.
Tonight I took out all but the accelerator, installed 1.1, no dice.
Profiler said I had a 8, 16, 32 and a 64 chips in. Problem one the 8 meg, pulled that according to the website.
USB card with 9.1, not great idea so I pulled it. Now I restart and bam! Full on G3 500 goodness according to metronome.
My only issue is profiler still says 120 MHz PowerPC. I thought it would say G3 500 in the two lines like my 6100 and other accelerators I've used.
Awesome upgrade overall.
