Finally fixed the keyboard on the Atari ST that @cheesestraws / @joshc gave me at the UK meetup. Lots of disks to look through, like around 200, could take a while to make sense of it all. Next I need to get a composite cable to hook up to a TV (or my Quadra 840AV) to play games as none of them will run in high res monochrome.
My UCC3912 chips have arrived. These will make the Perch USB design more reliable.
Sifting through Perch card USB error logs this evening.
Yesterday was a very good sleuthing day. I figured out improvements to the power connection on the USB-ified Personality card, so it should work with a glue chip rather than a fuse for improved reliability. I have a bunch of UCC3912 chips on order and can’t wait to try them.
Working on Personality cards today - USBifying my first Wings card and updating the schematics to match.

It’s been a productive day. I’ve unwittingly advanced several different Mac projects including resolving an issue with a PowerBook that’s been perplexing me for ages. Sometimes things just come together on their own.
So stuck with my SE/30 reloaded boards. -
