I wouldn’t bother trying to save the board, it’s multilayer and the traces running under it will almost certainly have been damaged. Doing a reloaded board is fairly easy.. time consuming and annoying at times (some parts are a PITA to remove). You’ll want to at the very least get replacements for the chips that show corrosion. As best I can remember they’re all still available today and cheap as.. uh.. chips.. you can still get some NOS clock chips too. I can’t quite tell if the ROM slot is intact or not, and that can be a problem as they’re unobtanium now.
