Using DaynaFILE to format 5.25 inch floppies in HFS.

Doing some new tests with the DaynaFILE. I've mentioned before that if you try to format a 5.25 inch floppy in the DaynaFILE as HFS, it will fail. I have found a program called "Disk Charmer" which does some kind of a quick format on disks and allows you to switch back and forth from DOS, HFS, HFS+, and ProDOS. Surprisingly, Disk Charmer will format 5.25 inch floppies in the DaynaFILE as HFS! They appear to the Mac OS as HFS disks, apps copied to them retain their resorce fork, and Disk First Aid and Norton Disk Doctor are able to scan and repair them! The problem occurs when you eject the disk and put it back in (or reboot the Mac), as the disk becomes unrecognizable to the OS, and has to be formatted back to DOS again. This is true on the 360k drive and the 1.2mb drive. Anyone want to speculate why? Anyone know about Disk Charmer? Is doing something proprietary?
