specs for 5300 power supply?

Same specs as the rest of the lineup, but with that rinky-dink connector.
If you've got a parts PB, you can hack your ce to use its standard connector, I remember seeing howtos for that back in the day.

Hi,
The power supply is the following:
Model M3037
AC in 100-240V 0.9-0.5 A 45 W max
50/60 Hz 95-118 VA
DC out 24V 1.88A
Center tip is pos +
- ----[O---- +
The power supply is (to my knowledge) unique to the 190 / 5300 series but can be probably hacked as said before.
Nice conquest, the CE was the top of the range (big HD and better screen resolution) i enjoy my 5300 cs, even managed to go wireless with it.
The 5300 is known for several failures (hinges support, Power adapter connector) but is a very nice laptop.

Considering the fact that the power supply is missing, you can probably make a low offer.
try to open the screen a couple of times and have a look at hinges, if the gap between those and the casings are even, it's OK, if not... they are starting to go.
Those who are gone to a previous repair (Apple) have a serial number finishing by AA (or AAA, don't remember)
probably all of them will have a faulty power connector (repaired mine several times, never get something fine...just acceptable) but logic board is very easy to remove from the casing (just three screws and you are done)
Ethernet is not standard (nor any Cd-rom drive) but once again you can probably find a Wavelan wifi card.
