Self-made 4MB 30 pins SIMM, should I?

Since I do not find many 4mb 30 pins SIMM and https://www.tindie.com/stores/siliconinsider/ is out of stock, I was wondering if I'm build them by myself.
I found this guy https://alexandrugroza.ro/microelectronics/system-design/4mx9-simm/index.html#2 who provides gerber files for 4Mx9 70ns 30-pin SIMM.
They are with parity but they will work just fine with the SE/30.
I've never done something likes this. On the practical side I do SMD soldering and I have a basic understanding of electronics but I never ordered parts or PCB to assemble.
This should be both an fun exercise and a way to save some money, maybe ... I dunno.
I'm going to waste time and money instead? :)
Any thought?
