SE / SE 30 Astec AA13800 power supply. -12v issue

I recently picked up an Astec AA13800 power supply. Seemed to be working but the -12 volt rail was -9.8 volts. I re-capped it and the negative 12 volt rail is still -9.8 volts. Doesn't seem right, but I don't another unit to check against. Does anyone have one of these units and if so, could you check the voltage on the -12 rail?

I looked around for schematics , found nothing-- Anyone have schematics for this unit or suggestions on what to check?

Thanks

Is that with anything connected to the PSU? The unloaded voltages are a bit wonky, there needs to be minimum load typically on at least one of the 12v rails and the 5v rail for it to regulate correctly. If you have any spare 12v bulbs those work perfectly for dummy loads.

Made a cable and connected a hard drive to it. All good . -11.5 volts. +5.2 volts and +12.1 volts

Thanks
