Seems a shame to leave it broken - is there something wrong with it that made the fuse go, or could you just stick something metal in where it's supposed to go? (assuming that it's easily accessible)I probably won't ever get around to getting a fuse and replacing it...Oh well.
And I thought I didn't know anything about hardware. :b&w:...or could you just stick something metal in where it's supposed to go? (assuming that it's easily accessible)
Well the trick is to put an entire wire in but it's just the way you said it...sounded kinda funny to me.What do you mean? I thought that was a well-known trick for if you don't have a fuse to hand!
Yo9u could use a carrot...But you wouldn't know about that
What?! Is that pure randomness or is there some sort of inside joke that I'm missing here?Yo9u could use a carrot...But you wouldn't know about that
Better yet, you could turn a Quicktake into a carrot.
How? You can't see into it.If your Quicktake 200 is broken, it would make a great aquarium!
Wasn't it Patrickool93 or IPNixon that used a Nickel in place of a blown fuse once, and then wondered why the magic smoke was being released? What do you mean? I thought that was a well-known trick for if you don't have a fuse to hand!
