Agreed, @Siliconinsider would be my first choice, very decent quality stuff.
Got some memorymasters stuff as well - it's fine, just not quite as nice as the purple RAM.
@CTB don't I remember you're in Aus? I suspect none of these options are very convenient for you in that case :-(
yes, I am in Australia and everything retro computing is pretty inconvenient from here. We are use to it ;-) I did place an order with OWC, I didn't realise they still sold this stuff and I have used them for a lot of stuff in the past.

IIci (only models without parity chip). Quadra 950. Each module is hand-assembled with care and individually tested. This is a kit of 4 modules, making a total of 64MB. Tyan S1437 (486 PC).

Slaton are nice and responsive. Only thing I have with my SE/30 is that these new SIMMs are much thinner and rattle in the sockets (and therefore do not work, not even with the 3D printed retainers). But that is true for all the newer modules not just theirs.

I have Slaton memory in my IIci and they work perfectly; I personally love the build quality. I ordered a set from Memory Masters and received a bed set, they were able to replace them and have not had any issues with them to date. Both are great options if you ask me.

I had very limited supplies of 16MB SIMMs so I have only sold a couple kits to friends and people asking directly, but I have never listed them. I am planning on having a steady supply hopefully around June.
@mousehouse yes, modern PCB makers only offer 1.20mm instead of the 1.27mm standard for SIMMs. That's actually not much of a difference, but I have yet to see a SE/30 that does not have terrible sockets. 1.20mm does work fine almost any other machine.
