Quadra 610 - Component at RC6

I've got a Quadra 610 machine I'm working on, and while cleaning the pads on the capacitors I removed I noticed that the 11th pin on the chip at RC6 (assuming I have orientation right) nearest to the negative side of C46 is completely *missing*. I see the pad, but wither thou goest, leg? I have no idea.

Before I try and bodge this up, is a replacement for 115S0003 available somewhere? I checked my donor boards and I can't find this part. I also can't find this part on Digikey / Mouser.

RC6 is indeed a filter, only source for a replacement would be pulling one off a scrap board. That being said, I believe pin 11 is a ground connection on these, of which there are three others (all the corner pins of the chip). Assuming all the ground pins are tied together inside the chip, you may be able to ignore the missing pin entirely.

Ahh, okay. That would be great news. I'll give that a shot!
