Another G3 iMac 400mhz slot loader.

Shall I take it?

BTW I am also getting a Rev A tray loader soon from the lab as well.

I'll be taking it.

Not for killing though. It would go to NJ with my 350mhz. The NAS idea is nice. I probably will make it a music server.

As for the rev a tray it'll be my os 8 machine with my 350mhz being

my 9 machine.

And it makes a good mac monitor as I have no db-15 monitors!

Now Since My mom doesn't really like these iMacs, I am going to tell her it is smaller than my 350 mhz }:)

And the trayloaders excuse is: "ITS WORTH 300$!"

The Rev As will be worth something someday.

Your school offered??? That's one helluva school you go to! 8-o
:)

We've got tons of iMacs and I am the Co Admin. I help out a lot there, and I get offered TONS of stuff. I take most of it. Like: Printers, Macs, Mice, Keyboards, RAM, HDs, and all the Old/Not Useful stuff thats there. I am kinda their trash disposal, without making anything go to the trash!

Being offered equipment is nice, but don't get into the habbit of taking everything when you have no desire to collect it.

I turn down things all the time just because I don't need it for the collection and getting rid of it requires some work.

Eventually you will be tripping over things you have no use for.

Personally I never liked imacs and have turned down a few free ones.

I would take it without question, If my school was not 80 blocks away from my home.

I would need to take a taxi. I'll probably do just that.

I could literally hop over the fence in my backyard, walk about 50 yards (through woods at first, then through grass after the bastard tore down the woods), and be at high school. Unfortunately my school didn't use Macs.

Thats what the emac's are the 2005 verson, but they have no spekers, as the kids riped them out as well as the door that hides the cd\dvd tray. and the keybords are trashed, but thats no big problem, the ibooks are going to be fun tho they are all 800MH, I am planing to throw 10.5 on them as well as the emacs,
